About Florien and Our Services

PDR Green Pty Ltd (ACN: 684 805 427), trading as Florien ("we," "us," "our"), operates an online telehealth platform designed to support your healthcare journey. Services include connecting users with independent medical practitioners and patient support teams, providing secure online platform access for health information management, and facilitating medication purchases and delivery through a pharmacy partner. We reserve the right to modify, suspend services, or restrict access for non-compliance.

Who Can Use Our Services?

The platform serves individuals who are 18+, residing in Australia, capable of entering binding agreements, and consenting to medical treatment while agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Your Florien Account

When you use our services, you provide personal and health information, agreeing it becomes accessible on the Platform for ongoing care purposes. You commit to providing accurate, current, and complete information; inaccuracies may result in account suspension. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and securing your account.

Staying in Touch

By providing your contact details, you agree that we may contact you via SMS or email regarding your appointments, treatment, and our services. You may opt out of promotional messages but essential care communications continue.

Our Relationship with Practitioners

Partner Practitioners are independent healthcare professionals, not Florien employees. The platform facilitates connections but isn't party to medical advice. Practitioners make all clinical decisions regarding telehealth suitability and prescription appropriateness.

Medical Guidance

The platform supports specific conditions and doesn't replace GP care. It's your responsibility to keep your regular doctor informed about any treatments prescribed through Florien. You should report side effects to your GP or request practitioner follow-ups.

Booking and Managing Your Appointments

Consultation fees are listed on the website; payment is required before appointments. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may require repayment to rebook. We may cancel if payment isn't received, forms aren't completed, or you are unreachable within 10 minutes of start time.

Our Commitment to a Safe Environment

We provide a respectful, inclusive space and expect honesty and courtesy. Abusive or harassing behaviour towards our team will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services.

Prescriptions and Medication

Florien is not a pharmacy. We partner with iHealth Pharmacy Pty Ltd to streamline medication access.

Your Choice of Pharmacy

While we offer streamlined processing with our partner pharmacy, prescriptions may be sent to any Australian pharmacy. An administrative fee may apply for external pharmacy management.

The Dispensing Process

Prescriptions and necessary details transfer securely to the Partner Pharmacy. For all new medications, a pharmacist will call you for a brief counselling session to review usage directions. Medication isn't dispatched until this call completes. Orders cancel and refund if you are unreachable after 5 business days.

Delivery of Your Medication

Legal medication ownership transfers to you upon dispensing. The Partner Pharmacy arranges courier delivery requiring photo identification and signature. You must ensure accurate delivery details and recipient availability.

Payments, Returns, and Order Issues

Medication payments go to the Partner Pharmacy through the Platform. Due to health regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind. Contact support within 7 days for damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders.

Platform Integrity and Acceptable Use

You agree to personal, non-commercial use only. Platform security breaches, unlawful activities, and unauthorized content reproduction are prohibited.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and technology of the Florien website and Platform are owned by us. Copying, reproducing, or using trademarks without written consent is prohibited.

Third-Party Links

Our Platform may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.

Limitation of Liability

Services include non-excludable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florien is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, the actions of Partner Practitioners, or third-party providers. Liability limits to service resupply costs.

Indemnity

You indemnify Florien against claims or losses from breaching terms or misusing services.

Information provided on our website or social media is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. NSW courts hold jurisdiction for disputes.
